Arco Naturale is an advanced dive site off the island of Ischia in the Gulf of Naples, where a dramatic natural stone arch plunges into deep blue water. The volcanic geology creates towering underwater walls adorned with yellow cluster anemones, red coral, and purple sea fans. Strong currents can sweep through the arch, attracting large pelagic visitors including amberjack and barracuda. Thermal vents on the seabed release streams of warm bubbles, a reminder of the volcanic forces shaping this extraordinary underwater landscape.
