Fox Point Anglican Church in Nova Scotia is a beginner-friendly shore dive accessed from a small beach near the historic church that gives the site its name. The underwater terrain slopes gently from shore over a mix of rocky reef and sandy patches. Kelp-covered boulders provide habitat for the usual Nova Scotia cast of characters — lobsters, rock crabs, cunner, and sea stars. The site's sheltered position in St. Margarets Bay provides calm conditions most of the year. The charming village setting and easy diving conditions make this a pleasant destination for relaxed weekend dives, particularly appealing during the warm summer months.
