La Cama de los Novios is an advanced dive site near Águilas on the Murcian coast, reaching 13 meters depth. Despite the modest depth, this site is rated advanced due to exposed conditions and strong surge along the coastline. Named 'the newlyweds' bed' for a distinctive flat rock formation, the site features Mediterranean reef rich in marine life. Dense schools of bream and salema circle the formations, while moray eels, octopuses, and nudibranchs inhabit the rocky crevices. The site's exposure to open sea currents brings nutrients and good visibility, making it a visually rewarding dive when conditions allow access.
