
La Ola is a beginner-friendly dive site near Roquetas de Mar in AlmerĂa, reaching 14 meters depth. Named 'the wave' for a wave-shaped rock formation on the seabed, this site features an interesting underwater topography of rock ridges, sandy areas, and small overhangs along the Almerian coast. The site hosts a typical Mediterranean community with moray eels, octopuses, and schools of bream and damselfish. Nudibranchs add color to the rocky surfaces, and the sandy areas may reveal cuttlefish and flatfish. The moderate depth, sheltered conditions, and easy boat access make La Ola a reliable and enjoyable dive site for all levels visiting the AlmerĂa coastline.
