
La Piedra de Blas is a charming rocky dive site near Mojácar in AlmerĂa province, southeastern Spain. This beginner-friendly site features a large submerged boulder formation surrounded by sandy patches and Posidonia seagrass meadows. The rock provides a focal point for marine life, with moray eels, octopuses, and scorpionfish hiding in its crevices while schools of bream and two-banded sea bream circle above. The adjacent seagrass beds are nursery grounds for juvenile fish and home to pipefish and seahorses. Calm Mediterranean conditions and easy boat access make La Piedra de Blas an enjoyable dive for all experience levels.
