Pointe d'Antigues is the easy-to-reach, easy-to-love reef that most first-time visitors to Port-Louis dive on day one. The site follows a coastal relief with overhangs and a small cavern, depths running from around 8 metres down to 17 metres. It is a nursery environment in the fullest sense: you will see juveniles of almost every reef species holding in the shallows before they move to the deeper sites. Perfectly comfortable for Open Water divers and a standard spot for baptisms. Visibility is usually in the 15 to 20-metre range and the site works year round, weather permitting.
