Lighthouse Ireo is an intermediate dive site in the Attica region near the Heraion of Perachora lighthouse on the Corinthian Gulf. The lighthouse marks a rocky headland where the underwater terrain slopes into deeper water with walls, overhangs, and boulder fields. The mixed topography supports diverse marine life: groupers patrol the walls, moray eels peer from crevices, and colourful sponges and nudibranchs decorate the rock faces. Schools of sea bream and chromis animate the open sections, while octopus and cuttlefish are common on the sandy patches. The Corinthian Gulf's protected waters ensure generally calm conditions. A scenic dive combining underwater exploration with the historic lighthouse setting above.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
