Canyon Reef

Canyon Reef is an advanced dive off Roatán reaching 30 meters, featuring a series of dramatic coral canyons cut into the reef structure. Divers navigate through narrow channels between towering coral walls adorned with sea fans, tube sponges, and encrusting organisms. The canyons shelter nurse sharks, green moray eels, and lobsters, while the tops of the coral ridges host vibrant communities of parrotfish, angelfish, and chromis. The unique canyon topography creates varied light conditions and a sense of underwater exploration that sets this site apart from typical wall dives.
