Gili Nanggu Wall is an intermediate dive site off the picturesque island of Gili Nanggu in Southwest Lombok, where a coral-encrusted wall drops to 20 meters along the island's southern exposure. The wall features healthy gorgonian fans, tube sponges, and patches of soft coral that attract a constant stream of reef fish including butterflyfish, angelfish, and groupers. Gili Nanggu's white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters provide exceptional visibility that often reaches 25 meters, making the wall's colors particularly vivid and photogenic. Green turtles are frequently encountered grazing along the wall face, and reef octopuses hide in the wall's numerous cracks and crevices. The site's moderate depth and generally calm conditions make it welcoming for intermediate divers, while the quality of the reef and clarity of the water ensure it remains engaging for experienced divers exploring this increasingly popular corner of Lombok's diverse underwater landscape.
