Sebayur Kecil

Sebayur Kecil is a beautiful coral reef dive site near the small island of the same name in the Komodo area, offering a gentle introduction to the park's underwater wonders. The reef slopes gradually from 3 to about 25 meters, featuring a stunning diversity of hard corals—table corals, brain corals, and staghorn formations—interspersed with colorful soft corals and sponges. The abundant coral cover supports a busy reef community with anthias, damselfish, parrotfish, and wrasses creating a lively underwater scene. Hawksbill turtles frequently visit, and the sandy patches between coral heads harbor blue-spotted stingrays and garden eels. Light currents and good visibility make Sebayur Kecil suitable for all experience levels, and it serves as an excellent check dive or night dive location for liveaboards anchoring nearby.
