Punta Caruso

Punta Caruso is a beginner-friendly dive off Ventotene island in the Pontine archipelago, where volcanic rocks slope gently to 18 meters through the crystal-clear Tyrrhenian waters. The reef hosts colorful Mediterranean sponges, small gorgonians, and dense Posidonia beds alive with juvenile fish and seahorses.
