The Gardens is a beginner-friendly dive site in Aqaba, Jordan, living up to its name with some of the most beautiful and diverse coral gardens along the Red Sea coast. The reef features an exceptional variety of hard corals arranged in natural terraces — massive brain corals, elegant table corals, and intricate branching formations create a structured landscape teeming with life. Soft corals in pastel pinks, purples, and yellows add artistic accents. The fish diversity is outstanding: surgeonfish graze in small herds, triggerfish patrol their territories aggressively, and clouds of fairy basslets hover over every coral head. Green turtles are regular visitors, and the site is known for encounters with Napoleon wrasse. The gentle slope and protected conditions make The Gardens ideal for all levels, while the exceptional coral health and biodiversity ensure that even the most experienced Red Sea divers find it rewarding.
