Indian Point in Nova Scotia is a beginner-friendly shore dive on a rocky point extending into St. Margarets Bay. The point creates a natural current break that allows divers to explore both the sheltered lee side and the more exposed face, choosing conditions that match their skill level. Rocky reef covered with kelp and Irish moss gives way to sandy bottom further from shore. The usual Nova Scotia marine life is well-represented — lobsters, sea stars of multiple species, urchins, and schools of cunner. The point's varied terrain and easy access make it a versatile local dive site suitable for divers of all experience levels.
