Jemeluk Wall is one of Amed's premier dive sites on Bali's northeast coast, featuring a stunning wall that plunges from a shallow coral garden at 5 meters to beyond 40 meters. The wall is adorned with large gorgonian sea fans, sponges, and soft corals that create a vibrant vertical tapestry, while the shallow reef top hosts dense hard coral formations perfect for safety stops and snorkeling. The site is a macro photography haven—pygmy seahorses hide on the gorgonians, ornate ghost pipefish hover near the wall face, and nudibranchs of many species crawl across the coral. Schools of fusiliers sweep past the wall, hawksbill turtles visit regularly, and the occasional reef shark patrols the deeper sections. Easy shore access from Jemeluk Bay and generally calm conditions make this an accessible yet spectacular dive, equally rewarding for beginners exploring the shallows and advanced divers descending the wall.
